Composition Roofing
At McVay Brothers, our name was Spokane Valley Insulation and Roofing until 1955. We have been installing roofing longer than anyone we are aware of in this area.
We carry a full line of fiberglass based composition roofing products from CertainTeed, including their popular Landmark and Presidential lines.
CertainTeed isn't the lowest cost product you can buy, but it is made with quality and backed by solid warranties. We use equipment such as the Roofer's Buggy to reduce the mess caused from roofing removal.
Most roofers combine generic underlayments and accessories with a brand name roof. What many roofers will not tell you is that many manufacturers will deny warranty claims because the underlayment, ventilation of other components of the roof are not made by the roofing manufacturer.
At McVay Brothers, we utilize the Integrity Roof System so you can rest assured that your quality CertainTeed roof goes deeper that the shingles to include the underlayment and other components of the roofing system.
